*nod* I've received reports from two other folks running bacula on Ultrium-TD3 drives with no issues. I don't think it's bacula-version related because both dd and tar also suffer the same blocking problem on the last read() system call. I've swapped out the SCSI cable with no effect. I'm going to put CentOS 4 on a spare server and test the library with it to see if this is CentOS 3 related. My gut keeps telling me there is something wrong with the drive, though, since these drives work for other folks. --[Lance] -- Lance A.
