There are other debain packges that need user intervention too, but I
agree that it's hard to upgrade a package like bacula from 1.36 to
1.38 with an automated system.

Nevertheless it would be nice for people that deal with a new install
to have a more recent package they can use. Unfortunately, I'm not
that familiar with building debian package system to accomplish this
by myself.

I'll start with the latest beta for 1.38.4 and see how it compiles.
