First turn on the #define DEVELOPER 1 tag in src/version.h, it is probably commented out in your source. Then rebuild Bacula, and run it to the point that you see it using excessive memory. Let it idle down (i.e. no running jobs), and then stop it. If there are memory leaks, they should all be printed to stdout when the FD is stopped.
