Hello Lucas, Oh, cool screenshot. I like it !
By the way, in the voting, I now have 50 votes counted, and though items move around a bit with the voting, the top contenders have been pretty stable. I mention it here, because the Python GUI program has always been in the top 5. Currently, it is running # 5 -- pretty impressive. #1 Encryption project (nice Landon) #2 Migration (Kern) #3 Acurrate restoration (this is a compute intensive project !) #4 Base jobs (this pleases me as I have wanted to do this for 5 years now ...) #5 Python GUI ( Lucas ! ) #6 FD initiate backup. ... I'll have comments on what I think the user's choices are telling us in a separate email probably Friday when I will close the voting, but at least I can say that our projects are going in the direction requested by the users ... I'm copying this to the bacula-users list just so that they can see this new concept and your screenshot. Thanks for working on this Lucas :-) On Wednesday 30 November 2005 20:37, Lucas Di Pentima wrote: > Hi Andreas, > > Andreas Jellinghaus wrote, On 30/11/05 15:16: > > hmm, maybe a few things I miss in the console: > > all lists: I want to click on column headers > > to sort the data. for example volumes by name > > or status then name or ... > > That's easy, it wasn't there because it was just a test :-) > > > jobs: I would like to get a list of jobs, > > select several of them, and then start them > > all, with the option to set mode to full. > > (or for verify jobs: VolumeToCatalog). > > Maybe here we can came with something integrated with this "object > browser paradigm" that I'm implementing.
