Hello,

I have the following situation : I have a Full backup of my Machine on a
Monthly tape. Now I have added some dirs to the FileSet of my Machine.
This resulted in a new Full backup for my Machine, this time on a Daily
tape.

Now, my question : the Daily tape will be reused in 5 days, causing the
Full backup to be removed. Will a new Full backup be made? Or only those
differences with the first Full backup (corresponding to the original
FileSet)?

Furthermore, suppose next month a new Full backup of my Machine (this time
with a modified/larger FileSet) is made on the next Monthly tape. From
then on, the Daily tapes are reused again, this time filling up with only
Incremental backups. Will I still be able to recover those files that I
have added by changing/enlarging the FileSet for my Machine anywhere in
the time period between changing the FileSet and the first Monthly backup
of this new situation (with the changed FileSet, that is)?

I hope you understand the situation I am talking about...

Thanks in advance for any reply.

-- Regards,

Franky.
