Thanks a lot for your kind help and reply.
As per your reply, I edited /usr/loccal/bacula/etc/bacula file and make this following changes
.
DIR_USER=root
DIR_GROUP=root
FD_USER=root
FD_USER=root
SD_USER=root
SD_GROUP=root
.

and started bacula .  Its working fine now.

runs as another user (ex: tape).
