OK, you need 2 clients (1 win and 1 linux), 4 jobs (win-mon-tue-wed-fri,
win-thu, linux-mon-tue-wed-fri, linux-thu), 4 filesets
(win-mon-tue-wed-fri, win-thu, linux-mon-tue-wed-fri, linux-thu), 1
storage (tape drive), 1 pool and some volumes.

You say tow tapes (pluss some extra on Thursday), but you will not
delete the old backup on the tape until a year later c). OK, when you
define the Pool use:

Recycle Oldest Volume = yes
Volume Use Durations = 1 days #Use volume only on day, then make new
Recycle = yes
Volume Retention = 365 days

And some other stuf.
