I've updated the above statement in the current development manual to indicate that at this time have had no similar problems with /lib/tls running on 2.6 systems. I've been personally running with /lib/tls on a 2.6 kernel since approx Jan or Feb of 2005 with no problems. > Maybe this affects you?
