Hardware: 4 removeable 75G caddies. I've printed out and read the manual :)

I've setup bacula to backup about 8 servers to 4 removeable 75G caddies, and
all is working fine using manual labelling and purging.

I now want to setup automatic recycling and purging of the caddies - wondering
if anyone has seen a FAQ on how to do this, or any pointers on the following
configuration.

One of the requirements is that each caddy be "stand alone" ie contain a full
backup of required files from each server, so any of the caddies can be used
for a restore without relying on other caddies. Motivation is that the
servers/caddies I help admin are vulnerable to seizure by the authorities
[1][2]. The caddies are distributed amongst various activists, and I may only
have access to some of the caddies.
