good day all ... backed up my home directory space last night (~200GB) and got numerous failures due to borked out filenames:
20-Oct 17:53 lance-dir: sql_create.c:826 SELECT FilenameId FROM Filename WHERE +Name='_+tmp_mnt_+home_+olman_+ctdata_+data1200_+^???4' Filename (Name) VALUES ('_+tmp_mnt_+home_+olman_+ctdata_+data1200_+^???4') failed: ERROR: invalid byte sequence for encoding "UNICODE": 0xffaf34 lots of those. the backup seems to have completed otherwise. i assume it just failed to backup the files with the odd names. is there anyway to get these files backed up? -- michael ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Power Architecture Resource Center: Free content, downloads, discussions, and more. http://solutions.newsforge.com/ibmarch.tmpl _______________________________________________ Bacula-users mailing list Bacula-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/bacula-users
