Can anyone tell me what these are?
Did you run the database upgrade script? IIRC, there was a change in how it
stores file names between 1.34 and 1.36 which needs to be addressed.
After running the upgrade script, I'd also suggest to run dbcheck and
let it repair everything. Before running the upgrade script, though,
save the database.
