Hi,

i don't know if this solution is the correct one, but i simply changed
the following in src/config.h after running configure

bash-2.05b# diff config.h-orig config.h
214c214
< /* #undef HAVE_OLD_SOCKOPT */
---
> #define HAVE_OLD_SOCKOPT 1
277c277
< #define HAVE_GETDOMAINNAME 1
---
> /* #undef HAVE_GETDOMAINNAME */

this worked for me...
