As far as I can tell, this count problem has something to do with counting 
directories.  I think I have improved the handling quite a bit in the current 
CVS 1.37.40.  Anyway, if the problem still exists, and if someone can narrow 
the problem down to something that is easily reproducible, I will work on it 
some more.

In any case, I prefer to have minor heart attacks when it produces the warning 
rather than having Bacula silently ignore possible problems as older versions 
did.
