It happened again just now. For me it happened in 2 conditions given below.

1. Bacula was backing up some clients and I manually cancelled the backups
when it was spooling to disk not to tape and when I start again it mark the
tape with error.

2. For some reason bacula dir crashed or I restart when it was spooling to
disk.
