I don't know which version of bacula you use, but in the development version there is the command 'update all volumes from pool' which should do what you want.

If in 1.36 this is not possible and you don't want to use the command line to update all volumes one by one, you could also use the sqlquery command to directly access the catalog, but you should know what you do then :-)

In 1.36, a command like 'update volume=XXX volstatus=Used' worked, IIRC.
