No it's not.
You are free to charge as much as you want for selling GPL software and
support, however you _must_ provide source with it.

you can use mysql for free even commercially, but if you want to use the
software in your software, you have to pay for it ?
MySQL is released under 2 separate licenses. There is GPL for those who
want to acknowledge it and provide source and there is also the option for
privately negotiated agreements with MySQL.
The Reiser filesystem is also distributed under this dual license system...
