Ask him to take a look at the idea   http://www.bacula.org/OpenSourceIdea.html
and let us know if he thinks this would create any problems with Bacula being 
packaged for Debian.  Note! Although it should be clear, the idea applies 
only to binaries created by Bacula. The source license remains the same.
