I even see some reasons for that:
- You didn't describe your bacula setup
- You didn't tell if other jobs work correctly,
- You didn't tell if you could find anything in he system's logs or
baculas debug output
So, my recommendation:
- Check and re-check your system and bacula setup.
- Verify that the error can be reproduced
- Create debug output of the bacula processes working on that job
- Try to fnd what debug messages belong to the failure,
- Post a more detailed description of your relevant configuration and
the debug output.
Then, hopefully, we can help.
