Hello, I suspect that Exchange is a VSS (Volume Shadow Copy) aware application, and if so, it will be correctly backed up in a totally consistent state if you use Bacula 1.37.30 with winbacula-vss-1.37.31. They can be found in the beta release section of Bacula on Source Forge.
