OK. I neglected to mention that the bacula-fd.conf on the client is essentially the same as that on the server, so its Maximum Concurrent Jobs is 20 as well. Again, since i didn't change this value, I assume it is the installed default. On the client, the bacula-fd.conf is in /etc/bacula and the bacula-fd script is in /sbin.
