Hi everyone,
I have recently been told we need to encrypt the data on our volumes.
With the recent news stories of a few financials having customer info
compromised because of lost tapes, there's a push to encrypt the data
before the tapes are sent offsite. I have found a few discussions and
Dan's proof of concept (http://www.langille.org/bacula-encryption/), but
I was wondering if there's been any other work along those lines. Has
anyone been encrypting their data on volumes in practice? Thanks in
advance. Also, bacula has been working very well for us for the past
several months, so thanks for a great product!!
Erin
