To write to a DVD, the DVD must be mounted. Either you must do that yourself
and write to the DVD using an external program, or you need Bacula 1.37.24 or
greater.
If you are using Bacula 1.37.24 or greater, you need to read the Storage
daemon section of the manual 'Devices that require a mount (DVD)" to get the
right Device reource. You also need to read the Director config section of
the manual. Your Device resource is incomplete.
In the next day or two, I will write a new DVD chapter for the manual that
puts everything together ...
