I think due to multiple installs and re-installs of Bacula, possibly
with volumes from the previous installs still in the pool, I have the
database and the actual volumes out of sync. Each time I run the
weekly backup, there are messages like the following:

13-Jun 03:23 pogo-dir: Start Backup JobId 268,
+Job=Archive_Pogo_Home.2005-06-13_02.30.01
13-Jun 03:23 pogo-dir: Archive_Pogo_Home.2005-06-13_02.30.01 Warning: Wanted to
+create Volume "Weekly0032", but it already exists. Trying again.
13-Jun 03:23 pogo-dir: Archive_Pogo_Home.2005-06-13_02.30.01 Warning: Wanted to
+create Volume "Weekly0033", but it already exists. Trying again.
13-Jun 03:23 pogo-dir: Archive_Pogo_Home.2005-06-13_02.30.01 Warning: Wanted to
+create Volume "Weekly0034", but it already exists. Trying again.
13-Jun 03:23 pogo-dir: Created new Volume "Weekly0035" in catalog.
13-Jun 03:23 pogo-sd: Labeled new Volume "Weekly0035" on device "FileStorage"
+(/other/bacula).
13-Jun 03:23 pogo-sd: Wrote label to prelabeled Volume "Weekly0035" on device
+"FileStorage" (/other/bacula)

I've tried stopping Bacula and increasing NumVols in bacula.Pool by
three. On restarting Bacula, the old value on NumVols in back. What
do I also need to change?

TIA,
  Jeffrey
