I have installed Bacula on a SuSE Enterprise Server 9 machine with an internal VXA1 drive, and it passed all the tests described in "Testing your Tape Drive With Bacula". So I'm back at the Brief Tutorial|Running a Job. Every time I try to start the console from within the /etc/bacula directory, I get the following error:
Connecting to Director lbackup:9101 13-June 13:24 bconsole: Fatal error: bnet.c:775 Unable to connect to Director daemon on lbackup:9101. ERR=Connection refused. I get this error whether I use an edited bacula-dir.conf or the example one. Attached are my bacula-dir.conf and bacula-sd.conf files. I am getting close, but I'm not quite there yet.
