Christian,

I've done a PHP 'wrapper' for Bacula (MySQL version) for our SMB appliance solution. It is licensed under the GPL...please feel free to use whatever code you might find useful.

We have a basic graphical summary made "just for managers" using SQL queries and the following chart engine:

http://www.maani.us/charts/index.php

You can find the tar file at:

http://download.clarkconnect.com/3.0/other/cc-bacula-3.0.tar.gz

The files you're interested in are:

/var/webconfig/classes/bacula.class (SQL queries)
/var/webconfig/htdocs/admin/bacula.php (DisplayReport method)
/var/webconfig/htdocs/include/bacula_chart.inc (chart reference)

Note - our servers sync the apt repositories at noon EST. It won't show up until then.

Hope it helps.

Cheers,

Ben

Hi all,

has anyone of you some scripts that show some statistic information
about the things Bacula has done? I think of maybe some web-pages
which will show when and how long jobs run, how much data was backed
up and so on.... i.e. all the things that are stored in the database
but are not really readable for humans (especially for managers ;-))))

I'm badly no php-guru, so i better ask you before i'll try to do
some things myself...

thanks a lot,
christian
