Raj, If you are looking at doing a bare metal backup of a windows client you will not be able to do it while Windows XP is loaded from the hard disk. The linux cdrom and BartPE methods both require a reboot to an OS located on a CDROM which then will allow bacula to access the hard drive and do a "clone" backup of the device rather than the file system. Since the OS is loaded off the CDROM no files on the hard disk should be open therefore eliminating the problems of open system and user (ie the Outlook) files.
