Hello, Could you attach your bacula-dir.conf file to an email (delete or modify the passwords if you want). There is something strange going on here. I suspect as Arno pointed out that there is a problem with Windows vs Unix path specifiers. In the Director you should *always* use Unix convention.
That said, a user error in defining the Director conf file should not lead to a situation where Bacula cannot restore files.
