I am having no success
getting a rescue cdrom created for a RedHat Fedora core 3 system. It seems to create it correctly, however, when I try to boot the cdrom to do a test restore, I get "Unable to mount root fs" and kernel panic. Anybody have any tips on creating a rescue cd for FC3? I did notice that the make command is trying to copy files that have changed names since RH9 (eg, modules.conf is now modprobe.conf ) Thank you for any ideas, -JPH |
