Perhaps some of our users have figured out how to do this, but it is one of
the weak points of Bacula. However, in version 1.37, I believe that I have
corrected this, but as far as I know, no one has tested it.

If you are willing to suffer a bit of a pain of being on a development
version, you might want to try 1.37. I don't particularly recommend it for
production work yet, though it is getting close. It requires a database
update (or a new database), and some new directives to make it work correctly
with multiple magazines in a single autochanger and multiple autochangers.
