Now I checked that this email will also go to the list. > > > I don't know if the manual has an example... but it explains things in a > way that I could understand them :-) > > Ok, an example from my config: > > Job { > Name = BackupMail > Type = Backup > Client = elf-fd > Fileset = Mail > Spool Data = Yes > Spool Attributes = Yes > Run Before Job = /etc/bacula/checkmail.sh > Client Run After Job = /etc/bacula/aftermailbackup.sh > Write Bootstrap = /var/bacula/server/Mail.bootstrap > Level = Full > Storage = QIC > Pool = QIC > Schedule = RegMail > Messages = Standard > Max Start Delay = 12h > Priority = 10 > Rerun Failed Levels = No > Maximum Concurrent Jobs = 1 > Run After Job = "/etc/bacula/nagios-check %c %n %l %e" > } > > Schedule { > Name = RegMail > Run = sun-tue,thu-sat at 08:30 > Run = Storage=DLT Pool=Full wed at 8:30 > } > > This should give you the necessary hints. > > You should re-read the section on job definitions and schedules as there > are many ways to fine-tune storage and pool usage. > > > my actual definitions are: > > > ... > > Schedule > > { > > Name = "Weekend" > > Run = Full sat at 22:00 > > } > > > > Schedule > > { > > Name = "Daily" > > Run = Incremental mon-thu at 22:00 > > } > > Use one job definition, and one schedule. Then it will work as planned. I have done this like in your example and it seems to work. It started on monday with an incremental backup. The problem I have now is, that bacula selects files for the incremental backup which aren't touched for over two years. So my incremental backup of our 80GB server has a size of 20GB. How can I find out, why bacula selects these files ? And thanks for your help. > > Arno > Thomas -- Thomas Scheuermann Software Design Engineer Barco Control Rooms D - 76229 Karlsruhe ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
