Where does SQL99 say that this is a violation for CREATE TABLE?  You mentioned
AUTO_INCREMENT previously, but that is MySQL-specific.


I can't point you at the specific line, but I do know that the reason reason cited by Oracle for why MySQL 8 started flagging this as an error is *because* it is a SQL99 violation.
