Michael, I didn't want to change any feature of bacula actually.
Usage about the socket activation could be cool, but I'm not 100% sure about it.
And need to be discussed/organized up & down stream.

What we prepare, is something non intrusive. just a drop in replacement for the 
init script.

For the field : people on systemd help me to review and get it right
+ man systemdXXXX
