Once I can sort out what is going on with the postgre packages I'll report back
on them.

I needed to do some quick testing with a mock setup so I thought I would setup
an sqlite
install but the packages are broken:

# yum install libbaccats-sqlite3-5.2.1-9.1.x86_64
# rpm -ql libbaccats-sqlite3.x86_64
/usr/lib64/bacula/create_sqlite3_database
/usr/lib64/bacula/drop_sqlite3_database
/usr/lib64/bacula/drop_sqlite3_tables
/usr/lib64/bacula/grant_sqlite3_privileges
/usr/lib64/bacula/make_sqlite3_tables
/usr/lib64/bacula/update_sqlite3_tables
/usr/lib64/libbaccats-5.2.1.so
/usr/lib64/libbaccats-sqlite3-5.2.1.so

# yum install bacula-sqlite.x86_64
...
Error: Package: bacula-sqlite-5.2.1-9.1.x86_64 (home_dassit_bacula)
           Requires: libbaccats-sqlite = 5.2.1
