Tests are not designed to run on IPV6. This is a good amount of work to change/allow that, all configuration files should be able to use IPV6 with some options in the ./config file. However, all tests can use localhost, and I hope you can have IPV4 127.0.0.1 on this interface. If you want to adapt regress scripts to use IPV6, I can probably help you on this subject (I have the basic idea, but it requires lots of testing).
