Well, I have been a bit undecided on the subject of SQLite especially since 
some people still use it or find it simpler to use, so what you wrote is OK.

So, I think not officially supporting it, but continuing to include the code 
and doing a few tests against it is a reasonable compromise.

Yes, it is better to test with something other than SQLite, but testing with 
SQLite does no harm.  We are able to rather quickly discount the problems that 
it has.
