The problem is that MySQL 5.5 introduced a new reserved keyword, MaxValue (or 
MinValue, I don't remember) that is used in the Counter table.

So, when you are *creating* the Bacula Catalog with make_mysql_table script, 
you have an error. If you are upgrading from a previous MySQL version, you 
shoudn't have problems.
