SQLite3 is very good as an embedded database, which was very nice for us in the early 2000's when MySQL and PostgreSQL did not have packages for the development systems we were using -- we built them from source and it was a bit painful. Today MySQL and PostgreSQL are available in package form on all the development and production enviornments we find. They take slightly more time to initially setup than SQLite, but they don't crash as SQLite does from time to time. I am devoting all my time to developing new features some of which are for paying customers and there are deadlines, so unfortunately, I just don't have the time to report such problems. This is one of many areas where the community can help replace the work I used to do, by finding SQLite problems and reporting them ...
