Those instructions don't quite work. './make-win32' gives me: Cannot find file: bat.pro.mingw32. make: Makefile.mingw32: No such file or directory make: *** No rule to make target `Makefile.mingw32'. Stop. It appears that 'build-depkgs-mingw32' does actually build qt4, so maybe there has been an attempt to build bat with the rest of the win32 stuff?
