Hello,

Could you test the Win32 FD using your normal modes (VSS, portable=no, ...) 
with the FD that I have placed at:

  www.sibbald.com/download/winbacula-2.1.19.exe
and
  www.sibbald.com/download/winbacula-2.1.19.exe.sig

Note, my site does not permit directory listings so you must specify the full 
and exact name to download it.
