I agree, huffylinux: the quickest and easiest way to fix this in time for 11.10 is to pin Help to the launcher bar. The stuff written for Unity is really helpful, apart from a few inconsistencies (e.g. is it the Super key or the Meta key, Ubuntu Documentation people?)
