I'm still on Karmic and my Nautilus does not have "Move to" and "Copy to". But it does have "Send to ...". It brings up a dialog that offers "Instant Message (Empathy)", "Email", "CD/DVD Creator and "Removeable disks and shares" as destinations. The presence of "Compression" options justifies using a dialog, as a sub-menu couldn't handle this. I would be surprised if "Send to ..." became something completely different in Lucid.
