eck redundant wording, let me rephrase. Wouldn't it be easier to just remove the close button? ex. file transfer, click the cancel button to close.
imo, minimize to system-tray wouldn't be necessary with an icon dockbar. Thus returning the close icon to its previous state of actually quiting the app. Of course if the minimize and close icon were separated it would make them more distinct.
