gnome-look.org is awesome BUT the only problem it has is that it contains
bloat. Lots of it.

We should create a repository for Ubuntu themes which should contain only
the themes approved by the design team.
This way we can have a consistent looking interface no matter which theme is
being used. Apple has done a great job by filtering apps in the app store.
It has only made the user experience better. I mean look at gnome-look.org,
the primary source of theme for gnome/gtk. Let's create something like
get-deb.net for themes. Only approved themes (themes that don't break
consistency, like window controls on right) would be available. Themes
should be easy to install, may be something
apt://.

And people like me can always head to gnome-look.org and deviantart to
customize our experience.
