Hitting Mod + m should solve that, at least for the currently running session.
A more permanent solution is adding something like this to your manage hook:

  if c.class == "dolphin" then
    c.maximized_horizontal = false
    c.maximized_vertical = false
  end

I don't know the class of dolphin, maybe you have to change it.
