One thing I noticed... if you are using the sky theme, it does not set
the images for the close button, so the simplest fix (if using sky) is
to copy over the image lines related to the close buttonn from the
default to sky... .kind of odd considering 'sky' states that it has
the close button enabled.. maybe something slipped.
