OK, as suggested, I tried MHV AVR tools, If I run make clean (or make all) I get the following errors....

Cleaning project: rm -f DT-UP-DN-Select-0614.hex Then I get message box saying that "msys-intl-8.dll" is missing. So what's going on ? Thank you.
