Migration of HttpProxy and Simpleserver

The migrations of these two cornerstone demos from apps/demo/* to apps/* 
is complete and tested.

I understand we are pushing for a release for Cornerstone.  Only parts 
of Cornerstone will be released.  Specifically FtpServer, DB and Jesktop 
will be ommitted.  They will be retrievable via CVS, but not included in 
the binary or source downloads.
