Only the ConfigurationBuilder cares about that xmlns:datasource attribute. The
ConfigurationBuilder might use it to create a RoleManager, but the app using
the Configuration doesn't care. Therefore, shouldn't the ConfigurationBuilder
swallow the attribute?
