Ah ok, that means every <provide> definition needs a
counterpart as <dependency> in the *.xinfo description
of the block. Quasi a contract, or how can it be explained?
I do not really understand why twice??
One is for hosted server app load time (the assembly.xml) and the other
for block parsing (zip item iteration at initial boot). One also
specifies impl, the other interface.
