Because you don't speak about work interfaces in the section "best practices" of your dev guide. You just speak about interfaces. Maybe it would be clearer when you write, that a work interface shall not implement other work interfaces from different components. But I'm with you, that a component must do exactly one thing and this *hopeful* right.
